These platforms can not only move 37° skyward while carrying for instance a 80 ton truck - they can also weigh the truck before and after tilting. Our truck dumpers are a must if you have to rapidly unload non self-tipping vehicles.
The vehicle is restrained by a hydraulic wheel stop (choise out of two retractable wheelstops, depending on trucktype) which is interlocked with the main ram for safe operation (by PLC). To prevent the truck from sliding sideways, inner or outer guides can be mounted on the platform. The powerpack with hydraulic pump, oil reservoir, manifold and cabinets with motorstarters, safetydevices and PLC can be housed in an adjacent building.

EVS-T weighing truck dumper

Truck dumping is a fast and reliable way of unloading road vehicles. By combining the weighing and dumping operations, even greater efficiency can be achieved. The truck dumpers are delivered with single main cylinder (standard) or with 2 cylinders along side the platform. Standard capacities (lifting and weighing) from 80 – 100 ton.

1. Standard platform sizes from 8x3m to 20x3m
2. Standard time for complete lifting to 37 degrees: 240 seconds.
3. Other capacities and lifting times on request.

During the weighing operation the platform rests on 4 or 6 load- cells, after which it is tipped to unload the vehicle and weighed again to determine the net weight.

VS-T non-weighing truck dumper

Non-weighing truck dumpers are a must for rapid unloading of non self-tipping vehicles and trailers.

1. Standard capacities from 80 – 100 ton.
2. Standard platform sizes from 8x3m to 20x3m
3. Standard time for complete lifting to 37 degrees: 240 seconds.
4. Other capacities and lifting times on request.
