VS-120 C/P vehicle weigbridgeThe weighbridge is essentially identical to the VS-110 C/P except that the weighbridge platform is supplied to site as a prefabricated concrete module. The foundation pit can be constructed in-situ or supplied as prefabricated concrete modules. Herewith a fast erection and commissioning is achieved. This weighbridge type is also suitable for LZV’s.

VS-125 C/P vehicle weigbridge, also for Long Heavy Vehicles (LZV’s)The weighbridge is installed in a foundation pit, with foundations, platform modules and side walls supplied as prefabricated concrete modules. The weighbridge, including the foundations, can be completely dismantled, making it fast to install and easy to relocate. The design is based on a low pit height, which has a positive effect on the cost for ground work. This weighbridge type is also suitable for LZV’s.

VS-200 C(/P) vehicle weigbridgeA modular weighbridge design featuring a minimum of materials and yet with maximum strength. Ideal for both in ground or surface mounted installation. This weighbridge can also be easily dismantled and relocated. The platform and/or the foundation are supplied as prefabricated concrete modules. Depending on size, the platform may consist of one or more modules. The weighbridge has a low foundation pressure and requires a minimum of civil works, which are key features of this design.

VS-200 CS(/P) vehicle weigbridgeIdentical to type VS-200 C/S, but featuring a platform construction of steel frame with reinforced concrete infill, the platform frames are supplied with pre-mounted reinforcement bars and the concrete infill is cast on site. It is possible to specify factory cast modules so that the platforms are supplied as finished units. This design is mostly used as a KIT for the export market.

VS-200 S(/P) vehicle weigbridgeSimilar to both foregoing types, except that the platform is a steel construction. Particularly suitable for export and rapid installation. Due to the strong construction this design is also suitable for weigh capacities up to 100 ton.

VS-300 CS vehicle weigbridgeA weighbridge design for surface mounted installations in which steel structures and a foundation pit are not desirable (e.g. in view of concentration of dangerous vapours) as may be the case in petrochemical plants. This allows PRECIA-MOLEN to deliver the weighbridges that are suitable for use in hazardous areas like ATEX zone “0”. The full concrete platform is cast in-situ on top of a foundation slab. Also very suitable for export destinations, in which case PRECIA-MOLEN supplies the key components together with the detailed production drawings for the concrete platform.
